The new Configurator represents an advanced yet simple tool to support customers and industry professionals in the selection of MONTANARI traction machines, safety devices and accessories for new installations and modernizations in different types of elevator systems.
The user has the chance to configure the MONTANARI machine most suitable for its specific installation autonomously through a guided and intuitive procedure. The Configurator ensures full compliance with current regulations, the correctness of the system’s technical characteristics and the possibility of tailor-made configurations, even at advanced level.
In order to carry out the configuration quickly and without interruption, we recommend that you prepare in advance the necessary system data – you can find them on our enquiry forms here. Once the configuration is completed, you can request a quick and targeted quotation to your MONTANARI referents.
Always at pace with the industry evolution, the platform is constantly updated both to the MONTANARI product catalogue and to the new regulations.
To allow complete and tailor-made configurations, in addition to the geared and gearless for traditional rope systems, the new Configurator now also offers the new BELT range for belt suspension systems and an expanded range of pulleys, grooves, pitches, ropes and accessories (electrical wiring, release systems, etc.), all compliant with latest safety standards.
The new MONTANARI Configurator features the main international regulations, including the ASME A17 standard for the North American market, to ensure full compliance with the legal safety criteria of the system, even in case of abroad or overseas sale or installation.
Thanks to the new function for automatic conversion of configuration into order, the Configurator ensures optimized management of the ordering process, minimizing the risk of error and keeping track of the different configuration phases and choices.
